Easy Baked Winter Squash
Recipe for Category Vegetable Side Dishes

Ingredients
1 Winter squash (this week, we have Heart of Gold, but any winter squash will do)
Molasses
Butter (melted) or Oil
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Cut squash into 3" squares and remove seeds. Add 1/2 tsp molasses and 1 tsp melted butter or oil to each piece season to taste. Bake covered at 350°F for 1/2 hour - uncover and bake 1/2 hour longer. Serve in the shell with butter or oil.
