1 Winter squash (this week, we have Heart of Gold, but any winter squash will do)MolassesButter (melted) or Oil Salt and Pepper
Cut squash into 3" squares and remove seeds. Add 1/2 tsp molasses and 1 tsp melted butter or oil to each piece season to taste. Bake covered at 350°F for 1/2 hour - uncover and bake 1/2 hour longer. Serve in the shell with butter or oil.
