Fried Scapes
Recipe for Category Vegetable Side Dishes

Ingredients
Garlic scapes
1 Tbs Oil
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Cut scapes to green bean size and sauté them in oil and salt for six to eight minutes. During the last minute of cooking add the balsamic vinegar.
