2 Zucchini, halved lengthwise and cut in 1/4 inch slices (can use any type of summer squash)Salad turnips, thinly sliced3/4 C Oil 1 Tbs Salt2 Tbs ground Black Pepper2 Tbs Garlic powder
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Place the zucchini and turnips on a large sheet of parchment paper and dot with butter. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Wrap parchment paper and vegetables in aluminum foil. Place the foil pack on the preheated grill, and cook 20 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
