Smashed Radishes in Soy Dressing
Recipe for Category Vegetable Side Dishes

Ingredients
2 bunches Radishes
2 tsp Salt
1 Tbs White vinegar
1 Tbs Honey
2 tsp Soy sauce
3 Tbs Peanut oil
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp fresh Ginger juice
Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
Crush (but not mash) the radishes. Sprinkle salt over radishes, put them in a bowl, and set aside for about 15 minutes at room temperature. Combine vinegar, honey, soy sauce, peanut oil, sesame oil and fresh ginger juice. Drain the liquid from the radishes and pour dressing over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
