Celeriac and Walnuts
Recipe for Category Vegetable Side Dishes

Ingredients
1 Onion, finely chopped
1/2 Chili, diced finely
1 clove Garlic, sliced thinly
1/2 Celeriac, peeled and chopped
1 Apple, diced
2 tsp Walnuts, roughly chopped
Olive oil
Instructions
Sauté onion, garlic and chili in a bit of olive oil, by low heat for 10 minutes. Add celeriac and sauté for a few minutes. Add apples and walnuts and serve.
