Parsnip and Bean Pie
Recipe for Category Vegetable Side Dishes

Ingredients
6 oz Kidney beans
1 small can drained Tomatoes.
Chili powder to taste.
4 oz mashed Parsnip
Instructions
Place beans, tomatoes, and chili in oven proof dish and top with mashed parsnip. Dot with 2 tsp butter (optional). Bake in oven until parsnips are brown.
