Sesame Cauliflower Sauté
Recipe for Category Vegetable Side Dishes

Ingredients
1 head of Cauliflower
1/4 C Sesame seed
4 Tbs Oil
1 small Onion chopped
1/4 C Water
1/2 C sliced Green onions
1/4 C chopped Parsley
Salt and Pepper
Lemon wedges
Instructions
Break cauliflower into flowerets. Cut each through the stem into 1/4" slices; set aside. Place the sesame seeds in frying pan over medium heat; cook, shaking the pan frequently, until seeds are golden; set aside. In large frying pan heat oil and onion and cook until onion is limp. Add the cauliflower and water; cover and cook until just tender (about 10 minutes). Stir often. Stir in green onions, parsley, sesame seeds, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook, stirring for 1-2 minutes. Turn onto a serving dish and pass lemon wedges to squeeze over.
