6 Carrots, peeled, sliced 1/2 stalk Celery, washed, cut in pieces 4 Apples, peeled, cored, quartered 1 Tbs Butter Seasonings to taste
Put all ingredients in a pot. Add just enough water to cover. Place cover on pot. Let cook for about 20 minutes. Then serve.
