Southland Rutabaga

Ingredients

1 medium Rutabaga
2 tsp Water
2 tsp Honey
1 Tbs Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

Peel and cube the rutabaga and steam until tender. Drain water off, add oil and honey and stir until rutabaga is nicely glazed. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve, or, if you prefer, mash before serving.
