Swiss Chard (from the Vitality Cookbook)

Ingredients
1 bunch Swiss chard
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 sprig each, fresh rosemary and thyme (1/4 tsp dried)
4 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Separate leaves from stems of washed and dried chard. Cut the stems into small strips. In a pot, over medium heat, cook stems, leaves, garlic. Season with pepper, cover, and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat. Add parsley and stir well before serving.
