Swiss Chard with Olives and Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 Onion, large, diced
2-3 lbs Swiss Chard, chopped
1 6-oz. can Olives, ripe, pitted, sliced
½ Tbs Olive Oil
Black Pepper, ground
OR
Hot Red Pepper Sauce (to taste)
2 C Brown Rice, raw
Instructions
Cook rice in 3 ¾ C water. Sauté onions and Swiss chard in the oil until the chard is wilted and the onions are tender. Add the sliced olives and black pepper or red pepper sauce and mix thoroughly. Add rice and toss entire mixture together. Serve warm.
