Parsnip and Bean Pie

Ingredients
6 oz Kidney beans
small can drained Tomatoes
Chili powder (to taste)
4 oz Parsnip, mashed
Instructions
Mix beans, tomatoes, and chili powder. Place in oven proof dish and top with mashed parsnips. Bake until parsnips are brown.
