Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 Tbs Peanut, Sunflower, or Olive oil
1 large Garlic clove, chopped
1-inch piece fresh Ginger root, chopped
5 cups mixed Cabbage leaves, such as Savoy, Chinese, or Green (can substitute hardy greens (like red chard) for the extra cabbage)
1 Tbs clear Honey
1 tsp toasted Sesame oil
1 Tbs Sesame seeds, toasted
2 tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos or Soy sauce
Instructions
Heat the oil in a wok or large, deep skillet, then sauté the garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds. Add the cabbage and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, until tender, tossing frequently. Stir in the Braggs Liquid Aminos or soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil and cook for 1 minute. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
