Baked and Seasoned Tofu fingers

1 block of firm Tofu
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F. Cut 1 block of tofu (firm, curry, hot, or herb) into fingers. Place 2-4 Tbs of Tamari, soy sauce, or Bragg's in a shallow bowl with 2 Tbs water. Dip tofu pieces. In another shallow bowl, stir together 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes and/or seasonings to taste (eg. garlic and/or ginger powder, cayenne, and fresh or dried herbs). Coat tofu pieces and place on lightly greased pan. Bake 30-45 min, fliping as needed. Tofu is done when browned and slightly crisp on the outside.
