Tortilla Roll

Ingredients

3 Tortilla wraps
1 Apple, peeled and julienne
1 small cucumber, skinned and julienne
1 C Sprouts
1 Carrot, skinned and julienne
2 Lettuce pieces, julienne
1/4 C Raison
1/4 C of dried Apricot, chopped
1 Tbs Sunflower seed
1/4 C Walnut
1/4 C Almond

Seasoning:
1 Tbs Vinegar
1 tsp Miso paste
1 Tbs Passion fruit juice
1 tsp Sesame paste (tahini)

Instructions

In a small bowl, add a little water. Mix all the seasoning well. Lay a tortilla wrap flat on the table, spread the seasoning mix on the tortilla. Place the ingredients on the tortilla and wrap into a roll. Cut rolls into halves to serve.
