Chard and Feta Saute over Pasta

Ingredients
1 Tbs Olive oil
3 cloves minced Garlic
1 small Onion, sliced
1 C crumbled Tofu
2 C Fettucine (dry)
1 bunch Chard
2 chopped Tomatoes
2 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 C crumbled Feta cheese
Instructions
Saute the onion, garlic, and tofu in olive oil. Cook the pasta in boiling water (follow package instructions, drain when ready). Wash the chard leaves, roll like a cigar and cut in fine strifs (chiffonade). Add chard, tomatoes, and vinegar to the saute and cook for 5 minutes. Add the crumbled feta, cover and melt slightly, and serve immediately over the pasta.
