Turnip-Top Burritos

In place of turnip tops, you could also substitute spinach or chard.

Ingredients

2 large handfuls of Turnip tops
1 clove Garlic
2 Tbs Sour cream or Yogurt
1 Tortilla

Instructions

Rinse off the turnip tops, allowing water to cling to the leaves. Cut off stems and steam the turnip tops until semi-firm or, if you prefer, until limp. Warm up the tortilla while turnip tops are cooling. Squeeze most of the liquid from the cooled turnip tops and place them on the tortilla. Add the sour cream and 1 minced clove of garlic. Roll up and enjoy!
