3 C Carrots1 medium Onion, minced½ C Bread crumbs2 C Milk or Soy Milk1 C stewed Tomatoes1 tsp Sage2 Tbs Butter, melted, or Olive Oil1 C Natural Peanut Butter (smooth or crunchy)2 Eggs, beaten1 tsp Salt
Dice carrots and onion, or put through a food processor. Mix remaining ingredients in given order. Pour into baking pan and bake at 350° for one hour.
