Kidney Bean & Banana Salad

Ingredients

1 ½ cps cooked/canned kidney beans
2 bananas
1 sweet pepper
1 tomato (firm)
1 Tbsp oil
2 tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

1.Rinse and drain beans.

2.Slice bananas, peppers, and tomatoes.

3.Heat oil over high heat. Add bananas and cook, gently stirring, until golden brown.

4.Add remaining ingredients and mix.

5.Reduce heat to low and cook covered for 5 minutes.

6.Cool and serve.
