Tunisian Radish Relish

Ingredients
½ tsp Cayenne powder
10 Radishes, chopped
2 Tbs Olive oil
1 Tbs Lemon juice
1 Tbs minced Red onion
2 tsp minced Parsley
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, stir well, and allow to sit for a couple of hours to blend the flavors. Makes ½ C of relish. This relish is from North Africa. It goes well with roasted meat or veggies.
