2 ½ C cooked Brown rice1 C Rice milk2 Tbs Tahini1 tsp Vanilla1 Tbs Cinnamon2 Tbs Sugar (of your choice)1/4 to 3/4 C Raisins (add to taste)
Pre-heat oven to 350º F. Scoop rice into a loaf pan. Pour rice milk, tahini and vanilla over rice and stir well. Stir in the cinnamon and sugar. Stir in raisins to taste, making sure they're evenly spread out throughout the mixture. The pudding should be nice and gooey, not dry. If needed, add more rice milk until the pudding is the correct consistency.
Cook for 20-25 minutes until tahe top is very slightly browned. Serve warm or cold with sprinkled cinnamon on top. Serves 5.
