4 C fresh Rhubarb1/2 C Water1/4 C Vinegar½ tsp Ginger½ tsp Cinnamon1/4 tsp Cloves¼ C Honey1 Orange (peeled, seeded, and chopped)
Wash and cut rhubarb in 1-inch pieces. Place in a large pan with all other ingredients except the honey. Cover and simmer on stove 20 to 25 minutes or until rhubarb is sauce. Add the honey and let cool. Chill before serving. Makes 4 cups.
