1 C Quick oats1/4 C Whole wheat flour1/4 C ground Almonds2 Tbs Brown sugar1/4 tsp Salt3 Tbs Vegetable oil1 Tbs Water
Preheat your oven to 425ºF. Mix the oats, flour, ground almonds, sugar and salt together in a mixing bowl. In a measuring cup or small bowl, blend the oil and water together with a small whisk or fork. This may take several minutes. Add the oil and water mixture to the dry ingredients until it will hold together (you may need to add a sprinkle more of water). Spray a pie pan with cooking spray and press the crust into it. Bake for 8-10 minutes until it is lightly golden brown. Makes one bottom crust for a 9 inch pie.
