1-1/2 C Walnuts1 C Prunes (with orange essence, if preferred)1/2 C dried Cranberries1/2 C Raisins (or chocolate-covered raisins, if preferred)1 tsp Cinnamon1/4 tsp ground Ginger1 tsp Vanilla extract
In a food processor with the knife blade, blend all ingredients until a dough-like ball forms. Using your hands, roll into 1-inch balls. Top each with a walnut piece.
