Raw Peach Pie

Fabulous, healthy version of an old favourite! Try it for breakfast!
Ingredients
Crust:
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, ground
1/4 cup coconut flakes
2 Tbsp sesame seed (opt)
heaping Tbsp honey
Filling:
4-5 peaches, peeled, thinly sliced
1 tsp psyllium flakes (to thicken)
optional thickener: 1/4 tsp calcium from North coast (seaweed derived)
calcium ascorbate powder (Vitamin C) helps prevent browning
Note: crust can go on top or bottom (I like to sprinkle on frozen blueberries).
Instructions
Process all crust ingredients together.
Mix, and gently stir the filling ingredients together.
Crust can go on top or bottom. (Donna also recommends sprinkling crust over frozen blueberries!)
