Dill Wheat Bread
Recipe for Category Baked Goods

Ingredients
1 package yeast
¼ C warm water
4 Tbs honey
2 C Cottage cheese
2 Tbs grated fresh Onion
4 Tbs Butter, melted
4 Tbs Dill weed (chopped)
1 Tbs salt
½ tsp Baking soda
2 eggs
4 - 4 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
Instructions
Disolve yeast in warm water. Add 1 tablespoon honey and let stand 5 minutes.
Add cottage cheese, remaining honey, onion, butter, dill weed, salt and baking soda and mix well. Add eggs and mix. Stir in 3 cups of flour and then knead in the rest of the flour. (Do not add more then the maximum amount of flour specified or dry loaf will result).
Place dough in a greased bowl and let rest until double in size. Punch down dough and divide in half. Shape each half into a loaf and place into a greased pan. Let rise until double in size again. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
