Instructions

1. Tomato Sandwich on whole grain toast with onion slices, dill cream cheese, cucumber, fried egg or hummus.

2. Hot Cereal with nuts and fruit using rice, oatmeal, millet, or quinoa and serving with almonds, walnuts, or hazelnuts, and diced fruit of choice.

3. Smoothies: soft tofu blended with fresh fruit, frozen fruit or juice, and served with whole grain toast.
