Easy, quick, simple and very tasty and gratifying! A snap to make and can't wait to dig in. Try it!
1 cup whole oat kernels, coarsely groung3/4 cup nut milk(almond milk is lovely)1/4 cup raisins1 apple, grated1 Tbsp. Lemon juice1 Tbsp. Honey(unpasteurized)1 Tbsp. Hazelnuts or almonds,grated or groundFresh fruit
Grind oat grots til broken. Put ground oats, raisins in large bowl and cover with almond milk to soak overnight.
Next morning, add grated apple, lemon juice and honey. Mix thoroughly. Spoon into cereal bowels and top with fresh fruit, sliced and grated or ground nuts. Use more almond milk to moisten if you like. Enjoy
