1/2 tsp Canola oil1/2 C Green onions, chopped8 oz firm Tofu, crumbled8 oz soft Tofu, crumbled1 C Kale, finely chopped1 C grated Soy cheese1/2 C Red bell peppers, chopped1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Turmeric9-inch prepared pie shell
Preheat oven to 350° F. Heat the oil in a small skillet. Add green onions and sauté for 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except the pie shell and sauté until cheese begins to soften and kale wilts slightly, about 4 minutes. Transfer the mixture to the pie shell and bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Makes four servings.
