Breakfast On The Run Shake

Ingredients

1 1/3 C sliced ripe Bananas, frozen
1 C Milk (of your choice)
1/2 C plain Yogurt (or Silken Tofu)
1/4 C Wheat germ
1 Egg (optional)
2 tsp Vanilla
Honey (if desired)

Instructions

Slice bananas and freeze overnight. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with nutmeg, if desired.
