1 1/3 C sliced ripe Bananas, frozen1 C Milk (of your choice)1/2 C plain Yogurt (or Silken Tofu)1/4 C Wheat germ1 Egg (optional)2 tsp VanillaHoney (if desired)
Slice bananas and freeze overnight. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with nutmeg, if desired.
