Tamari Almonds

Ingredients
2 Tbs Tamari
3 Tbs Nutritional Yeast
2 C Almonds
Instructions
Roast almonds at 400°F for 10 minutes. Mix tamari and nutritional yeast in a bowl. Let almonds cool slightly and toss in tamari-yeast mixture until evenly coated. Spread almonds on a cookie sheet to dry. Store in an air-tight container for up to two weeks.
