If you're looking for an alternative to straight carrot juice, here's one option. This drink is very high in beta-carotene, vitamin A, iron and minerals, protein, L-cysteine and selenium. Kyolic liquid garlic can be found in health food stores and is tasteless and odorless.

Instructions
Combine and blend the following: 6 oz of carrot juice, 4 ice cubes, 4 oz of almond or soy milk, 1 Tbsp blackstrap molasses, 1 Tbsp pure garlic extract. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
(Note: Fresh, whole garlic cloves can also be juiced – if you can handle the strong taste + smell!)
