Rhubarb Tea

Ingredients

2 lbs Rhubarb
Lemon Peel
Sugar (or alternate sweetener) to taste

Instructions

Slice rhubarb and boil it for a quarter of an hour in a quart of water; strain the liquor into a jug, adding a small quantity of lemon peel and some sugar to taste. When cold, it is ready.
