Simple Roasted Garlic

Ingredients

1 head fresh Garlic
1-2 tsp extra virgin Olive oil

Instructions

Take a head of fresh garlic and slice of the stalk end (close to the top so that you can see the tops of the garlic cloves). Place in a casserole dish and drizzle olive oil on top of the head. Place cover on the dish and bake at 400º F until the garlic is fully cooked (about 30 minutes). Remove garlic head from the casserole dish and let cool slightly. Squeeze the garlic cloves out of their peel and serve on crackers, bread, or eat by itself.
