Ingredients
1 or 2 frozen, sliced bananas
1 C Berries (fresh or frozen)
juice of 1 Orange or Lemon, squeezed
1 C washed and finely chopped Kale
extra liquid as needed (water, rice milk, soy milk, yogurt, cow milk, fruit juice, your choice)
Instructions
Blend very well and enjoy! Optional additions: hemp oil, ground flaxseeds, avocado
