Warm Sage & Garlic Butter

Try this served over baked or steamed squash or yams. Alternatively, try basting it over your Thanksgiving turkey!

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Butter
2 Garlic Cloves, mashed
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Parsley, minced
1 Tbsp Sage, minced (or 1 tsp dried)
Salt & freshly milled pepper

Instructions

Heat the butter and oil in a small skillet over high heat. When bubbling, add the sage and fry for about 30 seconds. Add the garlic and cook until it has perfumed the oil. Remove from the heat, stir in the parsley, and season with a pinch of salt and plenty of pepper.
