The Stuff I Love
Recipe for Category Special Holiday Recipes

Over the past few years I have slowly eliminated meat from my diet. For the most part, I do not miss it. However, when the smell of a turkey roasting in the oven hits my nose, it triggers something in the depths of my brain and I begin to salivate like the rest of my non-vegetarian family. It is not the turkey that my mouth waters for though, it is the
stuffing. I love stuffing! I used to thoroughly enjoy the sausage dressing that was traditional at my house and my in-laws. In an attempt to make the dressing vegetarian, however, I have discovered other wonderful taste sensations. It can be hard to break away from tried and true traditions but change can be as good as a holiday, so they say. I now make a point of doing a new stuffing every time we have a turkey. I thought I would share these three tasty stuffings with you. I have done the first two and they are scrumptious! They're all unique and wonderful. We won't be cooking a turkey this holiday season but I will
be looking for a new recipe next year, if you have one to share. Until then, visions of turkey stuffing will dance in my head!
