* for 10-12lb turkey

Ingredients

10-12 cups coarse bread crumbs
1 tbsp grated orange rind
2 oranges in segments
1 cup thick cranberry sauce
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup finely chopped onion
½ cup soft butter (or olive oil)
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, stuff and dress turkey, cook immediately.
