Feta and Herb Dip

Ingredients

1 15-oz can White beans, rinsed
3/4 C nonfat plain Yogurt
1/2 C crumbled Feta cheese
1 Tbs Lemon juice
1 tsp Garlic salt
1 tsp freshly ground Pepper
1/4 C chopped fresh Parsley (or 4 tsp dried)
1/4 C chopped fresh Dill (or 4 tsp dried)
1/4 C chopped fresh Mint (or 4 tsp dried)
1/4 C chopped fresh Chives (or 4 tsp dried)

Instructions

Place beans, yogurt, feta, lemon juice, garlic salt and pepper in a food processor and puree until smooth. Add herbs; puree until incorporated. Chill until ready to serve.
