Ingredients

1/2 C Cara Cara Orange segments, diced
2 medium Roma tomatoes, diced
1 Tbs Red onion, diced small
1 tsp Jalapeño pepper, minced
2 Tbs Cilantro leaves, minced
1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and toss gently to mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Perfect for topping white fish, shrimp, chicken, tacos or chips.
